STEP 02
Book Your Service
Once the customer agrees to the quotation, the next step is to finalize the booking. This involves confirming the moving date, signing a contract, and paying any necessary deposits. Movers may provide the customer with a moving checklist to help organize preparations for the move.
You will get a call from our Support Team, which will help you provide all the necessary information regarding your required service.
You can explain in detail your needs and we will ensure you get the best package and services we can offer.
You can decide the Date and Time of the moving services. Also tell us about the Departure City and Arrival City. Any Special items that need extra care can be explained to the support team. We will then confirm your booking upon the receipt of payment.
STEP 03
Packing and Moving
On moving day or a day before, the movers arrive to carefully pack all items. This may involve disassembling furniture, wrapping delicate items, and using proper packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.). Movers ensure everything is securely packed for safe transportation.
Our Team Members will visit you on the booked location and get on the job. We will pack everything with utmost care. We ensure best packaging material is used. And every item gets special care in handling and Fragile items get extra care.
We then load your items in the vehicle to move it the destination. You can now relax while we take over from here. We move your belongings to the destination and make sure to get them on the location before the estimated time.
Any time during the move you can call us to know about the status of the delivery, but we ensure that we provide you regular updates for your service.
STEP 04
Delivery
In this final step, you receive the package at your destination address. We ensure the timely and safe delivery of your belongings.
Be prepared to receive your items and move them at your destination. Our staff will unload the goods and destination address. And you can make sure everything is received as it should be.
Once at the destination, they unload and unpack the items, placing them in the appropriate rooms. In some cases, movers may also help with furniture assembly or other setup tasks. The process concludes once everything is delivered and the customer is satisfied.
The process is complete once everything is delivered and you're fully satisfied with our service. For your convenience, our movers will carry EFTPOS to process payment on the day of delivery. An invoice will be shared with you as well for your records.
